Third priority: Provision of educational possibilities and elimination of obstacles for children above legal school age who cannot attend schools or due to family and cultural restrictions cannot allocate much time for education. Regarding the short time left and to make sure that these children are provided with the knowledge an individual needs for a healthy life, we need to quickly provide these children with pamphlets and books the Society is currently publishing. These children should be briefed that due to the special condition of their resident location and living conditions special issues will be included in their education.
Fourth priority: Provision of certain consultations and educational courses for the parents of the children, and promoting level of knowledge and culture among all their family members.

The project needs:
Bookless Children are innocent children, who because being born in poor and ignorant families are deprived of the right which other children easily enjoy it. Regarding that these children mostly live in crime and trouble stricken locations of cities, their chance of being pulled towards troubles is much more than other children. Therefore, their attendance in schools must be followed up more seriously.

Currently, no entity or organization in Iran is responsible to follow up cases of the children without Iranian identity paper or the children failed to study. Also there is no solid law for this purpose and the existing laws have no guarantee for being enforced. Hence, the parents and/or guardians of these children easily prevent them from studying.
4-3. Lacking the possibility of enjoying knowledge, education, and necessary skills to live will let the existing situation of these children to continue in future, and they may treat their children similarly. The fact that the parents of the parents of these children were also illiterate and deprived of education proves that this circle may continue.
